Welcome to the Rockville Scholarship Foundation! The mission of the Rockville Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (RSF), incorporated in the State of Maryland in 1985, is to encourage, promote, and to support members of the community who wish to pursue postsecondary education. Nine students demonstrating academic excellence and superior extracurricular involvement have been selected by the Rockville Scholarship Foundation (RSF) to receive college scholarship grants for the 2012-2013 academic year. Andrés Antuna, Sairam Nagulapalli, Laura Colin, Wellstood "Trey" Tipton III, Filitsa Katsani, Xavier Zientarski, Attom Oshima, Denise Gatcham, and Ana C.
